Shipping
We pick and ship all chick orders on Tuesdays when they hatch, and they are transported to our local USPS, where they are processed and loaded by USPS for final delivery. Although the system may show an estimated arrival of Friday–Saturday, most shipments actually arrive earlier, typically by Wednesday or Thursday depending on transit time. Once the chicks arrive at your local post office, you will receive a phone call directly from them, usually very early in the morning or sometime during the day, to let you know the chicks are ready for pickup. Please be sure to keep your phone available during that time so you can retrieve them promptly.
Returns
No, due to our biosecurity policy, we can not accept any live birds back after they have been purchased and shipped.
